To begin with,I must congratulate and thank all our prestigious,customer,patrons,employees and the community at large who have always strongly supported the foundations of SURYA ISSPAT In one way or the other and made it stand tall in the business of steel makers having a distinguishing name and quality products to offer at a competitive price.
SURYA ISSPAT formally launched itself into the field of steel business in the year 1995 as a steel trader in Bhopal,by the name of Sun Steel and this firm existed in the marketplace only till 2004.The story of existence and extinction in this case was something that was not so obvious to happen in any of the business stakes so soon.But surely,this one being my own learning acquisition had left an indelible impression on my mind and at the same time created a compelling case for myself to get out of the trading business not because the venture was no longer profitable\lucrative over these years but the quality of steel that was supplied to me from the backhand manufactures was losing its worth due to declining quality standards day by day.It was not my principal to harness the benefits from the compromised product quality and my conscious didn't allow me to offer the same to my customers,who had a strong faith in me not as an individual player but also as the owner of an enterprise largely known for its fair dealings,transparency and ethical ways of workings.
With a strong urge to 'Undo' the myth to sell more,regardless of what quality you commit and ultimately deliver to your customers,making easy money and and bigger margins through highlighted marketing tactics with un-promised quality standards focused only quantitative trade than qualitative,Sun Steels transformed into SURYA ISSPAT taking its family value,traditions,business ethics from a mere steel trader to the steel manufacture.The biggest inspiration for me to take on this challenging journey was one of the fantastic sayings of Mahatma Gandhi Ji that 'BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD'
Though the journey was not so easy for me and my team to start-up with SURYA ISSPAT in 2004 but certainly for this business grow manifold in few years of beginning.
I still remember the roller-coaster days when Global crisis hit on each every business segment including steel in the year 2004-05,I saw the upsurge in the number of shut-downs,bankruptcies etc all across but SURYA ISSPAT,through very low flying unit at that time with low financial background sustained through successfully,not by any chance but by the strong determination and untiring efforts of my entire team in achieving my dream of becoming the preferred source of steel nationwide.
